- Successful delivery of payment-related projects within scope and timeline.
- Effective coordination across stakeholders and technical teams.
- Identification and mitigation of project risks and dependencies.
- Quality execution of standard and non-standard testing activities.
- Customer satisfaction and stakeholder management.
- Adherence to delivery, quality, and compliance standards.

Degrees or Certifications Required
- Bachelor's degree in:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Engineering
- Business Administration




- Finance
- Related field
- Preferred Certifications:
- PMP / CAPM
- Scrum Master Certification
- Agile Certification
- Payments or Banking Domain Certifications

Disqualifiers
- Less than 3 years of relevant experience.
- No exposure to Payments, Banking, FinTech, or Payment Network environments.
- Limited Project Management or Technical Delivery experience.
- Lack of customer-facing experience.
- Poor communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Inability to manage changing priorities, risks, and dependencies.
