The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day
mechanical erection, pre-assembly, material handling, piping, structural and boiler installation activities
for the 1 × 85 TPH CFBC Boiler project at Bengal Energy Limited, under the direction of Prime Engineers and in coordination with site representatives.

The role requires solid knowledge of engineering drawings, mechanical erection practices, manpower coordination, material management, safety requirements, quality procedures and project execution schedules. The Supervisor will ensure that work is carried out safely, efficiently and strictly in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, procedures and site instructions.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily
boiler mechanical erection, pre-assembly, shifting and installation
activities as per approved drawings and site instructions.
- Coordinate and deploy
fitters, welders, riggers, helpers and other manpower
as per work requirements.
- Coordinate with
Site Engineer, Client/ISGEC representatives and other agencies
for smooth execution of work.




- Ensure proper
work-front planning, sequencing and timely completion
of assigned activities.
- Supervise
material shifting and erection activities
with required crane/Farana, lifting equipment and tools & tackles.
- Monitor daily manpower and work progress and submit
Daily Progress Report (DPR)
to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
- Identify and report
site-level execution issues, material shortages and work-front constraints
to management.
- Assist in
testing, commissioning activities and punch-point closure
as directed by the project team.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and coordination at the work front.

Qualification:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred, with relevant experience in
boiler erection, power plant or industrial mechanical projects
. Ability to read engineering drawings and coordinate site manpower is essential.
