Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and Full-Time (FTE) hiring, with the ability to manage multiple requirements across various IT skill sets.Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Work on IT requirements for both C2H and FTE positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
- Screen, shortlist, and validate candidates based on technical and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage offer negotiation, salary discussions, and closure.
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements.




- Ensure quick turnaround time and quality delivery.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.

Required Skills:
- Strong experience in IT recruitment (end-to-end hiring).
- Hands-on experience in C2H and FTE hiring models.
- Valuable understanding of IT technologies and roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
