Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior B2B Sales Representative who is enthusiastic, confident, and willing to build a career in sales field. The candidate will support business development activities by identifying potential B2B clients, conducting field visits, generating leads, following up with prospects, and assisting in converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B sales leads through market research, references, networking, and field visits.
- Conduct regular field visits and client meetings to identify new business opportunities.
- Contact prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Introduce and explain the company's products/services to potential clients.
- Schedule client meetings and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.




- Follow up with prospects until closure and support the senior sales team in converting leads.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline and customer database.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements and smooth onboarding.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on field visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills
- 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in B2B Sales / Field Sales / Business Development.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable meeting clients in person.
- Willingness to travel for regular field visits.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
