Job Summary

DAC Developers Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Liaison Officer to manage government approvals, statutory documentation, and coordination with various government departments and local authorities for real estate and construction projects in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with government departments, local authorities, and statutory bodies for project-related approvals and permissions.
- Handle liaison activities with CMDA, GCC, DTCP, TANGEDCO, CMWSSB, Fire & Rescue Services, and other relevant authorities.
- Follow up on building plan approvals, planning permissions, NOCs, completion-related approvals, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare, submit, and track applications, drawings, documents, and approval-related correspondence.
- Maintain proper records of applications, approvals, NOCs, permits, and statutory documents.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, project teams,



legal teams, and external agencies for approval processes.
- Visit government offices and project locations whenever required for follow-up and coordination.
- Monitor approval timelines and provide regular status updates to management.
- Identify potential approval-related issues and coordinate with the concerned stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable government rules, regulations, and procedures.
- Maintain valuable professional relationships with relevant officials and external consultants.
- Support the project team in obtaining necessary permissions within the required timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Town Planning, or a related field preferred.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in liaison, approvals, or statutory coordination in the real estate/construction industry.
- Good knowledge of CMDA, GCC, D
