JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Student Counsellor to guide students in their academic and career-related decisions. The candidate will be responsible for understanding students’ needs, providing appropriate guidance, and maintaining positive relationships with students and parents.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES




- Counsel students regarding academic, career, and course-related opportunities.
- Understand students’ interests, goals, and requirements and recommend suitable options.
- Communicate with students and parents through calls, messages, and in-person interactions.
- Follow up with prospective students and support them throughout the admission process.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams.
- Handle student queries and provide timely assistance.
- Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets.
- Maintain a professional and supportive relationship with students.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 6 months of experience in student counselling, education counselling, admissions, telecalling, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
