- Minimum 2+ year of experience in BIW Fixture Design.
- Mandatory experience in concept designing of fixtures.
- Good hands-on experience in 2D and 3D CAD design.
- Strong understanding of BIW fixture concepts and fixture design methodology.
- Knowledge of GD&T;, tolerance stack-up, locating and clamping principles.
- Understanding of sheet metal components, welding, assembly, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and customer specifications.
- Knowledge of fixture standard components and their applications.
- Valuable problem-solving and analytical skills.
