Cluster Manager – Optorium

Location: Hyderabad
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Summary

Optorium is looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to manage multiple stores, drive sales, lead teams, and ensure smooth store operations. The ideal candidate should be target-oriented, customer-focused, and willing to travel as required.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor operations of multiple Optorium stores.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Conduct eye camps and drive sales through generated leads.
- Plan and execute local marketing activations across stores.
- Generate recent leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor store performance, conversion, customer footfall, and revenue.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor branch teams.
- Handle and resolve escalated customer complaints.
- Ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company SOPs.
- Support new store openings and business expansion activities.




- Conduct regular store visits and identify operational gaps.
- Coordinate with management, HR, and marketing teams.
- Willingness to travel to other cities/states based on business requirements.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management.
- Experience managing multiple stores/branches preferred.
- Optical/eyewear retail experience is preferred.
- Strong sales, leadership, and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong business development and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets.
