Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for optimizing production volume, quality, Maintenance and cost across all sections within the plant on FC / VC.
- Responsible for preparing production unit/section wise production plan based on marketing requirements as per business plan.
- Responsible for identifying new projects as well as de-bottlenecking of existing systems/processes so as to achieve the business plan.
- Responsible to improve upon the existing processes and systems.
- Responsible for inventory control of spares. Should have good control on Capex and executions of projects
- Responsible for maximizing OEE.
- Responsible to drive initiatives like TPM, TQM, QC and other OD interventions.
- Responsible to suggest new tech. improvements, processes & get them executed.
- Responsible for building a vibrant team, managing succession planning, developing the second line and improving the competency levels of the overall team.
- Responsible for ensuring high level of safety health and workplace practice at the production units and ensuring compliances with relevant statutory requirements
- Should have good knowledge on the budgeting and accounting.
