Role Overview:
Are you ready to build a strong foundation in supply chain planning and play a key role in maintaining smooth SAP operations for global enterprise clients? As a Junior Consultant – SAP IBP (AMS), you will join our dedicated support team in India to deliver high-quality incident resolution, daily application maintenance, and system monitoring for SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP). You will work closely with cross-functional support teams to ensure business continuity, effective ticket lifecycle management, and reliable background process execution.

Your Responsibilities:
Incident & Ticket Management:
Analyze, triage, and resolve basic to mid-level SAP IBP technical and functional incidents within defined SLA guidelines. Record, update, and manage ticket lifecycles accurately in designated tracking tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy).
