Role Description
The Team Lead Manager is a full time, in office role located in Ghorawal. This role involves supervising and guiding a team to meet daily operational targets, ensuring adherence to company processes and quality standards. The Team Lead Manager will allocate tasks, monitor performance, provide coaching and feedback,



and support team members in resolving issues. The role includes coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, preparing regular reports on productivity and key metrics, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining a positive work environment, onboarding new team members, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
