We are looking for a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant specifically to manage a car rental app. You will help manage day-to-day administrative tasks, communicate with customers and rental partners, update listings, and ensure that users receive a smooth and professional experience.

This is a fully remote position and is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Assist customers with rental bookings, cancellations, and general questions.
- Communicate with property/vehicle/equipment owners and rental partners.
- Update rental listings, availability, prices, and other information in the app.
- Monitor bookings and help resolve basic customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records and spreadsheets.
- Follow up with customers and rental partners when necessary.
- Help identify and report issues or incorrect information in the app

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant,



Customer Support Representative, Administrative Assistant, or similar role is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using email, Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and online tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work independently.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable computer.
- Ability to respond promptly during agreed working hours.
- Skilled and friendly approach when communicating with customers.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with a rental, booking, marketplace, travel, property, vehicle, or similar app.
- Experience with customer support or online marketplaces.
- Familiarity with CRM, booking, or ticketing systems.
- Experience managing social media or online listings.
