We are looking for a fresher or candidate with up to 1 year of experience for an Inside Sales Executive position. The candidate will mainly handle B2B online enquiries, quotations, client follow-ups and basic Excel work.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries received through IndiaMART and TradeIndia.
- Respond to customer enquiries and understand their requirements.
- Prepare and send quotations to clients.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations and pending enquiries.
- Maintain customer and enquiry records in MS Excel.
- Prepare basic Excel formats, reports and data sheets.
- Make follow-up calls to existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with clients regarding product details, pricing and order requirements.
- Maintain proper records of quotations and follow-ups.
- Assist with other basic sales and office-related work.
Skills Required
- Positive communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Willingness to learn sales and customer handling.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
