Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory, stock movement, MIS reporting, and documentation while ensuring operational accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, stock movement, and inventory records.
- Handle STNs, dispatches, billing, and operational documentation.
- Prepare daily, fortnightly, and monthly MIS and stock reports.
- Conduct cycle counts, stock verification, and inventory audits.
- Maintain accurate stock locations and inventory records.
- Manage damaged, blocked, and Non-Effective (NE) stock.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, ISO, EHS, and warehouse safety standards.




- Monitor logistics KPIs, 3PL transactions, and manpower utilization.
- Support warehouse audits and process improvement initiatives.
- Use Microsoft Excel for reporting and operational tracking.

Skills & Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations.
- Valuable knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
- Strong MIS reporting and Microsoft Excel skills.
- Understanding of 3PL operations and logistics KPIs.
- Good coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience in warehouse documentation and stock management will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
