accounting/business preferred.

Position Summary:

Is responsible for all key purchases for the organisation, nationwide.

Eligibility Criteria:

1) Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills are required

2) Good Knowledge of MS Office. (Project Management Software

knowledge is a big plus)

3) Should have previous experience in Tech Products/IT

Infra/Security & Surveillance/Telecom

4) Fast learner and should have a outstanding presence of mind

5) Negotiation ability is a must

6) Ethical & honest

Key Responsibilities/Skills:

1) Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services &





supplies based on the pre-approved process.

2) Understand, follow, and enforce the companys procurement &

purchase procedure

3) Review, compare, analyse, and approve products & services to

be procured

4) Maintain key suppliers' database with updated product &

price information. Maintain effective work relations with

them

5) Manage inventories, purchases & usage records.

6) Prepare budgets, cost analyses & reports

7) Ensure AMCs for all key products & services are in place

8) Salary: Rs. 8.00 Lakhs to Rs. 9.00 Lakhs per year

9) Joining Time: Immediate 15 days
