About the Role

Atom Capitol is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive with a proven background in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have strong sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert qualified leads into successful sales. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels including references, digital platforms, and networking.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally.
- Understand clients' investment requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.
- Conduct property presentations, virtual meetings, and site visits.




- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and successfully close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization.
- Maintain accurate customer records, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM software.
- Coordinate with the documentation, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth booking and registration processes.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and investment opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales is mandatory.
- Experience in selling residential plots, commercial properties, or investment projects will be preferred.
