As we continue to expand our product portfolio and strengthen our presence in the Indian market, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about product innovation and can successfully manage products throughout their lifecycle—from concept development and regulatory compliance to product launch and market growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

· Conduct two webinars every month (One webinar in English and other in Hindi)





· Conduct product training sessions (via Zoom or in person at the office) whenever a distributor arranges a recent prospect or group of prospects.

· Attend product-related events in different cities as required and deliver product presentations/orientations.

· Evaluating new product concepts proposed by the Global Product Team for suitability in the Indian market.

· Conducting market research and competitive analysis and making recommendations on whether products should be launched in India.

· Coordinating new product launches from start to finish, working with Global Product, Marketing, Regulatory, Operations, IT (SKU creation) and Customer Service.

· Managing regulatory reviews, FSSAI requirements, and ensuring ongoing compliance.

· Reviewing and localizing labels, packaging, product literature, and marketing materials for the Indian market. Perform label scrutiny and review product
