Role Overview
Looking for an experienced
Kinaxis Rapid-Response Consultant
with robust supply chain planning expertise to lead implementations, enhancements, configuration, integrations, and support of Kinaxis solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Kinaxis Rapid-Response implementations, enhancements, and support.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Kinaxis solutions/configurations.
- Design solutions across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP.;
- Configure data models, control sets, worksheets, dashboards, and reports.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Kinaxis and ERP/APS/external systems.
- Perform data validation, testing/UAT, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Resolve performance issues and provide functional/technical leadership.
- Mentor junior consultants and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Must-Have Skills
- 6+ years of experience with Kinaxis Rapid-Response / Maestro.
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Planning processes.
- Hands-on Kinaxis configuration and implementation experience.
- Experience in data integration and SQL.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL and production support processes.
Good to Have:
Kinaxis Rapid-Response certification and experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Pharma, or FMCG; exposure to large-scale supply chain transformation programs.
