Role Purpose

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading
SMT service operations
in the assigned region, ensuring high-quality customer support and timely service delivery across installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, breakdown support, and machine audits.

1. SMT Service Operations
- Lead installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, breakdown support, and machine audits for SMT equipment.
- Manage field service activities, engineer deployment, site visits, and resource allocation.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues while maintaining defined service KPIs and SLAs.
- Improve machine uptime and reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).
- Monitor service performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities.

2. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers.




- Handle customer escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular customer visits and service review meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and ensure timely resolution of technical concerns.
- Support AMC renewals and identify opportunities for service upgrades and modernization.

3. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Service Engineers.
- Allocate resources effectively for timely customer support.
- Monitor individual and team performance against defined KPIs.
- Identify training needs and support technical skill development.
- Build a service team culture focused on customer satisfaction and technical excellence.

4. Technical Coordination
- Coordinate with relevant technical teams for troubleshooting, training, and complex technical issues.
- Ensure adherence to defined SMT service standards and processes.
