Job Summary

We are looking for a highly target-driven and result-oriented Sales Executive who can take ownership of lead conversion, revenue generation, client follow-ups, and appointment closures.

The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, commercially driven, and comfortable working with monthly sales targets and performance-based incentives. Experience in aesthetic clinics, dermatology, cosmetology, beauty, wellness, or healthcare sales will be preferred.





This role is not limited to answering inquiries — the primary responsibility is to convert leads into consultations, treatments, packages, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads with the primary objective of appointment booking and sales conversion.
- Convert enquiries into paid consultations, treatments, packages, and repeat bookings.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Follow up consistently with hot, warm, and cold leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Identify client requirements and recommend suitable treatments, packages, and offers based on their concerns.
- Handle objections related to pricing, treatment suitability, competition, hesitation, and decision-making.
- Build solid relationships with prospects and existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
