About The Role
We are seeking a PMO – Program Governance professional to ensure the smooth coordination and oversight of program activities across multiple projects. This role is crucial for maintaining consistency in reporting, tracking progress, and providing explicit visibility into program health to senior management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate program governance activities across multiple projects.
- Work closely with individual Project Managers to collect and consolidate project updates.
- Track overall program progress against timelines, milestones, deliverables, and objectives.
- Prepare and maintain program-level dashboards, MIS reports,



status reports, and management presentations.
- Monitor project-level risks, issues, dependencies, actions, and escalations.
- Ensure consistency in project reporting, documentation, and governance processes.
- Conduct regular governance meetings and track MoM, action items, owners, and timelines.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and key stakeholders to ensure alignment across projects.
- Provide senior management with clear visibility into program health, progress, risks, and key decisions.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of action items and deliverables.
- Maintain program documentation, governance calendars, trackers, and reporting frameworks.
- Identify gaps or delays across projects and proactively highlight them.
- Support decision-making by providing accurate and consolidated program-level information.

Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience.
- IT Graduate.
