About The Role:

We're looking for a Lead Response Specialist, someone whose job is to pick up warm LinkedIn conversations after the first message has landed and carry them all the way to a booked call.

This isn't cold outreach. It's not blasting templates. You'll read each conversation closely and write every reply fresh, never copy-pasted, tailored to the person on the other end.

This is a great fit for someone who's naturally positive at reading people in text, who takes pride in a well placed sentence, and who wants to get very good at consultative, no pressure sales conversation.



What You'll be doing:
- Write replies that sound like a person, pulling from proof points and the prospect's own profile and message history to make each reply specific to them.
- Handle objections (budget, timing,



"not interested," skepticism, "already have someone") with tone and approach adapted to the individual.
- Run follow up sequences on conversations that go quiet, choosing the right angle and cadence rather than defaulting to generic bumps.
- Track conversation state in our in-house CRM so handoffs are clean and nothing falls through.
- Hit a quality bar, not just a volume bar. Replies get spot checked for tone, accuracy, and whether they moved the conversation forward.

What we are Looking for:
- Excellent written English, precise, warm, and able to shift tone between casual and professional within the same thread.
- Fresher to 2+ years of experience; prior work in a role that involved real back and forth conversation with customers or prospects is a plus, but not required.
