What does the job entail?

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key agency stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue

Collaborate with internal teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities

Design and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions

Develop and manage sales forecasts and pipeline management





Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and partnerships

Provide coaching and training to agency sales teams to enhance their skills and performance

Analyze sales data and metrics to optimize business performance

Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of agency products and services

Represent the agency in external meetings and presentations to promote business growth
