About the Role

Dawn Staffing Solutions is looking for MBA freshers with excellent communication skills to join our Dehradun team as Business Development Executives. This is a great opportunity to start your career in international business development and work with clients across the US and Canada.

Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand | Work Mode: On-Site
Experience: MBA Freshers | Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Night Shift | US/Canada Market

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients across US and Canadian markets.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects to convert opportunities.
- Understand client staffing requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.
- Maintain lead,



follow-up, and business development reports.
- Work towards individual and team business development targets.

Requirements:
- MBA freshers Marketing, Sales, HR, or related specialization preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, enthusiastic, and comfortable making client calls.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Willingness to work the night shift to support US/Canadian business hours.
