Role Overview
Drive secondary sales growth, retailer engagement, brand visibility of OTC Portfolio through effective trade strategy, channel activations, Team engagement and data driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
Trade Marketing Strategy and Channel Development
- Plan, develop and execute trade marketing initiatives to drive sales growth, market penetration and brand visibility across the GT & NMT Channel.
- Ensure effective deployment and monitoring of primary and secondary trade schemes, Maximising the reach, compliance and ROI and governance of all the investment.
- Design and implement trade engagement programs to drive product penetration and secondary sales growth through creative trade activations and engagement.
- Build strong relationship with retailer, wholesalers and distributors through loyalty and engagement programs.
- Identify the opportunities for improving distribution, retail penetration and design Micro marketing activations plans in line with the growth ambition.





Instore execution and visibility
- Plan and execute in-store activations, promotions and merchandising activities.
- Ensure high quality POS Visibility and display standards across outlets.
- Monitor execution through field visits and coordinate with RCMM & Sales teams.

Sales Analytics And Market Intelligence
- Track Competitor pricing, schemes and market trends.
- Monitor Product wise sales, stocks movement and inventory rotation.
- Generate actionable insights through analytics and reporting.

New Product Development
- Develop and execute trade marketing plans for NPD’s & EPD’s, ensuring effective trade readiness, availability and visibility.
- Co-ordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Es-sourcing to ensure successful lunch execution and achievement of launch objectives

Cross - Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, brand marketing, supply chain, finance and E-Sourcing teams for seamless execut
