Finance Shared Services Lead
will be responsible for designing, transitioning, and managing the Finance Shared Services/GBS operating model. The role focuses on service delivery, governance, SLA management, operational controls, and ensuring efficient delivery of centralized Finance & Accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the Finance Shared Services operating model, including service catalogue, SLAs, governance, and escalation framework.
- Lead the transition of finance processes into the shared service center through a phased rollout.
- Manage day-to-day shared services operations, ensuring SLA and KPI achievement.
- Establish and maintain SOPs, RACI, internal controls, and compliance standards.
- Partner with Finance, HR, and external service providers to manage workforce transition, governance, and service delivery.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Skills Required
- 8–12+ years of experience in Finance Shared Services, GBS, Finance Operations, or Finance Transformation.
- Proven experience setting up or managing Shared Service Centers (SSC), GCC, or BPO operations.
- Solid knowledge of service delivery, SLA/KPI management, finance controls, and governance.
- Experience leading finance transition and transformation projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management, change management, and leadership skills.
- CA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification preferred.
