Position Overview

We are looking for an aggressive, target-oriented and proactive
Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager




to generate new business and develop markets for ECHT Marine.

This is a
target-driven role
involving field sales, market visits, client meetings, cold calling, tele-sales, lead generation, networking, project identification, dealer development, follow-ups, negotiation and order closure.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, building a strong sales pipeline and converting opportunities into profitable orders.

Key Responsibilities1. New Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, tele-sales, networking, references and digital enquiries.
- Research new markets and identify high-potential business opportunities.
- Develop current customer accounts and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Identify locations and projects where ECHT Marine products can be deployed.
