We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Vice President – U.S. Enterprise Sales & Business Development to lead our business development initiatives across the United States.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience selling offshore BPO/KPO services to U.S.-based organizations, an established network of decision-makers, and a proven track record of closing enterprise outsourcing engagements.

This role is responsible for identifying current business opportunities, building executive relationships, driving strategic partnerships, negotiating enterprise contracts, and accelerating Streamline-Global's growth in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the U.S. sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
- Generate new business opportunities across the United States.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, Vice Presidents, Directors, Procurement Leaders, and Operations Executives.
- Sell Streamline-Global's outsourcing solutions, including:
- Mortgage Operations
- Title & Settlement Services
- Banking Back Office




- Contact Centre & Customer Support
- Document Processing & Data Entry
- AI-powered Automation Solutions
- Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.
- Generate, manage, and forecast a healthy enterprise sales pipeline.
- Prepare proposals, RFP responses, commercial pricing, and negotiate contracts.
- Work closely with Operations and Delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term customer success.
- Represent Streamline-Global at U.S. client meetings, industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows.
- Develop strategic partnerships and referral channels.
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

- Graduate
- 12+ years of Enterprise B2B Sales experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience selling offshore BPO/KPO services to U.S.-based organizations.
