What you can look forward as Senior Engineer- IT Technical Support(L2):
- Data Onboarding Excellence
- Successful onboarding of customer fleets (vehicles, devices, configurations) into platform within SLA
- Standardized and validated data integration pipelines (SQL, CSV/JSON/XML ingestion). Reduced onboarding errors through data validation and mapping improvements
- Technical Support & Issue Resolution
- Resolution of complex L2 data ingestion and SQL issues within defined SLA
- Consistent troubleshooting standards and reusable SQL scripts. Reduced recurrence of ingestion and configuration issues
- Process Improvement & Scalability
- Identification and elimination of recurring onboarding/data issues (root cause driven)
- Implementation of improvements to onboarding workflows and data validation processes. Contribution to scalable onboarding standards across Bus Connect
- Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Up‑to‑date onboarding documentation, troubleshooting guides, and SQL templates




- Structured knowledge base enabling faster resolution and onboarding
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Clear escalation and resolution of product defects with Development/Product teams
- Feedback loops translating customer/data issues into product improvements

Your profile as Senior Engineer- IT Technical Support(L2):
- Bachelor degree in Engineering Domian(BE/BTECH) with Min 5+ Yrs in IT Technical Support using SQL SERVER
- Willing to work in European shifts
- Knowledge and expertise in:
- Master data management systems such as
SQL server, Profisee, and Informatica MDM
.
- Software like: Jira, Confluence, MS office, MS teams, (SAP and Salesforce are an advantage)
- Data transformation and ingestion workflows (CSV/JSON/XML formats, data cleaning, validation)
- Contemporary Linux distributions and Bash are an advantage
- Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements. Solution‑oriented with capability to challenge existing proc
