Position: Group Product Manager

Location: Mulund, Mumbai

Qualification: B. Pharm + MBA / M. Pharm + MBA

Experience: Minimum 4 to 6 Years of experience.

Salary: Negotiable, as per current CTC and industry standards.

Probation: 6 months

Expected Date of Joining: Immediate to 1 month.

Key Areas: Paediatrics, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, General.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product & Brand Strategy
- Develop brand plans based on market potential, customer needs and business objectives.
- Define positioning, communication, USP and differentiation.
- Develop annual and monthly brand plans and ensure execution.

2. Market & Competitor Intelligence
- Analyse AWACS/IMS market data, therapy trends and competitor performance.
- Identify market gaps and new growth opportunities for brands.
- Track competitor brands, pricing, communication and promotional strategies.
- Convert market insights into actionable brand communication.

3. Field Team Management
- Guide the
ABMs/PSRs/MR teams
assigned to the brand.




- Conduct regular field working and joint calls.
- Ensure effective implementation of brand strategy at the field level.
- Train the team on product knowledge, scientific communication and promotional campaigns.

4. Doctor & Customer Engagement
- Understand HCP needs and develop relevant communication.
- Develop KOL relationships in relevant therapy areas.
- Gather field feedback and incorporate it into brand planning.
- Plan
CMEs, RTMs, conferences, doctor engagement programs and scientific activities
for Paediatric & Gynaecology Segments.

5. Promotional Material & Campaign Management
- Develop: Visual aids, Product presentations, Doctor communication, Patient education material, Product literature.
- Coordinate with BD, Medical, Regulatory, Design and Digital Marketing team for compliant execution.

6. New Product Launches
- Conduct opportunity assessment for recent molecules/products with Strate
