About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced
AML & KYC Analyst
to support customer due diligence, KYC verification, and compliance-related activities for an international process. The role involves reviewing customer information, validating documentation, handling customer interactions, and ensuring adherence to established process and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform
KYC and customer verification
as per defined procedures and guidelines.
- Review customer documents and information for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Conduct customer due diligence activities and identify discrepancies in submitted information.
- Handle
inbound and outbound calls
with customers regarding verification and documentation requirements.
- Respond to customer queries professionally while maintaining process accuracy.
- Update and maintain customer information and verification records in the relevant systems.
- Escalate exceptions, discrepancies, or cases requiring additional review to the appropriate team.




- Ensure all assigned cases are processed within defined turnaround times and quality parameters.
- Follow established compliance, data-handling, and process guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling customer and business information.
- Meet defined productivity, accuracy, quality, and process requirements.

Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum
1 year of experience
in
AML, KYC, BPO, KPO, Banking, Financial Services, or related operations
.
- Prior experience in an
international voice and/or non-voice process
is preferred.
- Practical experience in
KYC verification, customer verification, or document verification
.
- Excellent
English communication skills
, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable handling inbound and outbound customer interactions.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies in information and documentation.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
