Job Description

This is a full time entry level role for an Product Research Associate (Entry Level), located in Mumbai. Please only apply if you have less than 2 years of experience. The role involves understanding products in depth and using that knowledge to identify, approach, and develop potential customers across different industries.

You will research products, their applications, specifications, manufacturing processes, alternatives, and market requirements, while also identifying companies that use these products and understanding their purchasing needs.



You will work closely with suppliers to identify suitable products and solutions and with customers to understand their technical and commercial requirements.

The role combines technical product knowledge, market research, sales, sourcing, and business development. You will be expected to understand not only what a product is and what it costs, but also how it is used, who needs it, what specifications they require, and how we can provide the right sourcing solution.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 year of experience can apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good research and analytical abilities.
- Ability to understand technical information and communicate it clearly to customers.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop sales and business development skills.
