Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to own technical delivery, lead a team of ServiceNow developers, and work closely with clients, architects, business analysts, and development teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers, providing technical direction and conducting design/code reviews.
- Own end-to-end technical delivery across enhancements, implementations, integrations, upgrades, and production support.
- Participate in client requirement discovery, blueprinting, solution design, estimation, and technical planning.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, user stories, and development tasks.
- Design and customize complex workflows and ServiceNow applications.
- Drive development, testing, peer reviews, deployments, regression testing,



and release activities.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and development standards.
- Support ServiceNow instance upgrades, cloning, sub-production testing, and production deployments.
- Troubleshoot critical production issues and provide effective solutions under pressure.
- Collaborate with the ServiceNow COE on best practices, knowledge sharing, training, and continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills
- Solid hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Lead, preferably in client-facing projects.
- ServiceNow CSA certification plus at least one mainline Implementer certification such as CSM, HRSD, ITSM, GRC/IRM, etc.
- At least one greenfield ServiceNow implementation.
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, debugging, scripting, and deployment using Update Sets.
