Job Summary

We are looking for an
experienced and ambitious Associate – Accounting & Finance
to manage day-to-day bookkeeping, management accounts, reconciliations, month-end closing, and client reporting for international clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong
UK/US accounting experience
, excellent knowledge of accounting standards, hands-on experience with Xero and QuickBooks, and the ability to communicate confidently with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and transaction processing for a portfolio of international clients.
- Complete monthly finance and accounting activities.
- Design and implement client-specific accounting processes.
- Oversee month-end close activities, including preparation and posting of journal entries.
- Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
- Prepare and review management accounts.
- Conduct analytical reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information.

Client Management & Service Delivery




- Manage client finance inboxes and respond to accounting queries appropriately.
- Communicate directly with international clients regarding accounting and finance matters.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide skilled service.
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure timely completion of client deliverables.
- Identify and resolve accounting issues and discrepancies.

Reporting & Advisory Support
- Prepare management reports and financial schedules.
- Support financial consolidation and business planning activities.
- Assist with due diligence and other ad-hoc financial projects.
- Support year-end accounting and reporting processes.
- Review accounting work prepared by other team members where required.

Team Support & Process Improvement
- Train and support new team members.
- Assist team members in understanding accounting processes and client requirements.
