The Role

As the
Creative Lead – Content
, you will own the content and creative engine for Ghar Soaps.

Your primary responsibility will be to
lead and mentor a team of content executives across Social Media, Website and CRM
, while also being deeply involved in the larger creative thinking for the brand.

You will be expected to move seamlessly between creative
strategy and execution
: from defining what we should say, to developing campaign ideas, to ensuring that the final piece of content feels unmistakably Ghar Soaps.

This is a role for someone who can
think in campaigns, build content systems and obsess over the quality of the final output.

What You Will Do

1. Lead the Content Team
- Lead, mentor and manage content executives across Social Media, Website and CRM.
- Set transparent content priorities, briefs, timelines and quality benchmarks for the team.
- Build a strong content culture that encourages original thinking and experimentation.




- Review and sharpen content before it goes live

2. Conceptualise Campaigns
- Lead the ideation and conceptualisation of brand campaigns, product launches, seasonal campaigns and cultural moments.
- Develop campaign platforms, big ideas, hooks and communication territories.
- Translate consumer and business objectives into compelling creative ideas.
- Partner with designers, video teams, agencies and other creative partners to bring ideas to life.
- Ensure consistency of the brand's tone, personality and visual/verbal identity across campaigns.

4. Own Website & CRM Content
- Define content journeys across the website, landing pages and key consumer touchpoints.
- Develop CRM communication across email, WhatsApp, SMS and other relevant channels.
- Create content that balances brand storytelling with conversion and retention objectives.
- Continuously improve content based on consumer behaviour and performance data.
