About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will act as the bridge between our clients and internal delivery teams. You will be responsible for understanding client objectives, coordinating campaign execution, monitoring performance, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the expected quality.





The ideal candidate combines strong client-management skills with a practical understanding of digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities- Client Servicing and Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build strong, skilled, and long-term client relationships.
- Understand each client’s business, target audience, objectives, challenges, and expectations.
- Translate client requirements into clear briefs and actionable tasks for internal teams.
- Present campaign strategies, performance reports, recommendations, and project updates clearly.
- Conduct regular client meetings and document discussions, decisions, and action items.
- Respond to client queries promptly and manage feedback professionally.
- Identify and resolve issues before they affect project delivery or client satisfaction.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and account retention.
