Description

We are seeking to hire experienced Business Analysts to act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role involves requirement gathering, process analysis, and ensuring the successful delivery of business solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business improvements and leading analysis initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, workflows, and use cases.
- Lead stakeholder discussions to validate requirements.
- Support project teams throughout the SDLC, including testing and deployment.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and process improvement opportunities.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
- Mentor junior BAs and provide guidance on best practices.




- Drive process optimization and contribute to strategic business initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Robust expertise in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel (advanced), SQL, and reporting tools (Tableau, Bold BI, etc.).
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead workshops, mentor juniors, and implement process improvements.
