- Ensure developing sectoral expertise and being abreast with the developments in the related sector.
- Ensure comprehensive information gathering through client meetings, site visits, and review of project documents.
- Analyze financial aspects using advanced financial modeling, benchmarking, scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and stress testing.
- Review project cash flows, debt service coverage ratios, and other financial indicators to assess the financial feasibility and profitability of potential projects.
- Ensure project documents, including concession agreements, purchase agreements, and off-take agreements.
- Engage in deal discussions with internal stakeholders and contribute to term sheet preparation and negotiation.
- Manage timely submission of Credit Approval Memos (CAM) to the Sanctioning Authority for deal approval.
