Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain UI and API automation frameworks.
- Validate end-to-end customer journeys across broadband products.
- Execute functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations teams.
- Drive automation initiatives and improve overall product quality.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Software Testing / SDET experience
- Java, C#, or JavaScript
- Selenium WebDriver
- TestNG, Cucumber (BDD)
- API Testing (Rest Assured, Postman)
- SQL / MySQL
- CI/CD Integration (Jenkins or similar)
- Agile Scrum, TDD & BDD
- Automation Framework Development
- End-to-End Testing, Regression Testing

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Telecommunications / Broadband / Fiber domain experience
- Appium
- CA Service Virtualization
- Web, Mobile, and Backend Testing
- Jira or similar Agile tools
