. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving
sales of commercial properties
including office spaces, retail units, showrooms, and investment assets within our premium developments.

Key Responsibilitie
- Identify and generate leads for
commercial property sale
s through networking, brokers, cold calling, and digital platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with
high-net-worth individuals, corporates, and investor

- Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions based on
project inventor

- Conduct
site visits, presentations, and property showing
s for prospective buyers and investors
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring
target achievemen

- Collaborate with the
marketing tea
m to implement effective campaigns and lead-generation strategies
- Maintain an updated database of
leads, inquiries, and follow-up
s using CRM tools
- Stay updated on
market trends, competitor offerings,



and commercial property rate
s in Gurugram and surrounding areas
- Coordinate with the
legal and documentation team
s to ensure smooth execution of sale agreements

- Graduate in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields. MBA preferred
