About the Role

We are looking for an
aggressive, target-driven Business Development professional
with experience in selling branded content, media, advertising, sponsorships or brand partnerships.

The candidate will be responsible for
generating new business, acquiring clients, pitching solutions, negotiating deals and driving revenue
for Media Vantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate recent business opportunities through brands, agencies and existing networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand and agency clients.
- Drive the complete sales cycle from




prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure
.
- Understand client briefs and develop relevant branded content, talent, influencer, digital and entertainment solutions.
- Create impactful pitch presentations and proposals for clients.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and business development targets.
- Work closely with Creative, Talent, Influencer and Social Media teams for campaign execution.
- Upsell and identify opportunities for repeat business from existing clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, brands, campaigns and competitive activity.

Requirements
- 3 – 10 years of experience in
Business Development / Media Sales / Advertising Sales / Brand Partnerships / Branded Content
.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Strong client acquisition, networking and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong PowerPoint/MS Office
