Job Overview

We are looking for dynamic, confident, and customer-focused Product Experience Specialists / Premium Sales Executives to drive sales of premium products. The ideal candidate should have robust direct selling experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand customer needs, demonstrate products, and successfully close high-value sales.

Candidates with experience in premium brands, consumer durables, home appliances, luxury, or lifestyle products will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable premium products.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from customer interaction to final closure.
- Generate sales through direct selling and customer engagement.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Represent the brand professionally during field visits and customer meetings.
- Handle negotiations and convert prospects into successful sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and smooth customer service.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
