Job Summary

HID is seeking highly motivated and passionate graduates to join our IT Infrastructure & Cloud Operations team as
Associate Infrastructure Engineers (L1)
. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to enterprise infrastructure technologies including cloud platforms, virtualization, databases, networking, cybersecurity, and IT operations.

The selected candidates will work closely with experienced engineers to monitor infrastructure environments, support incident management, perform operational tasks, and contribute to maintaining business-critical IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor enterprise infrastructure environments including VMware, Nutanix, and VxRail platforms.
- Monitor Windows and Linux server availability and performance.
- Perform first-level monitoring and triage of alerts from Azure and AWS cloud environments.
- Monitor network devices including switches, routers, firewalls, and connectivity services.
- Support routine VM provisioning, snapshot management, and infrastructure reporting.
- Verify backup jobs using Rubrik, Veeam,



and Cloud Backup solutions.
- Log, track, and escalate incidents based on defined SLA requirements.
- Monitor database availability, scheduled jobs, and system performance.
- Perform routine health checks including disk space, backup status, and service availability.
- Support DNS updates, firewall request tracking, and infrastructure documentation.
- Monitor SentinelOne EDR alerts and endpoint security status.
- Review Rapid7 vulnerability scan reports and assist in remediation tracking.
- Maintain asset records, operational runbooks, incident logs, and change documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Support JD Edwards job monitoring, package builds, refresh activities, and batch job management.
