- 7 –12 years of experience in Identity & Access Management and Security Architecture
- Solid hands-on architectural expertise with:

o Entra ID / Azure AD

o CyberArk and/or BeyondTrust

o SSO & MFA technologies (Google Authenticator, MS Authenticator, Duo)

o Active Directory, Quest, ManageEngine AD




- Proven experience defining enterprise IAM and PAM architectures
- Strong understanding of zero trust, least privilege, and secure identity principles

Preferred
- Experience supporting large, global enterprise IAM environments
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, life sciences, financial services)
- Experience working with hybrid (on-prem + cloud) identity models

Certifications (Preferred)
- CISSP
- Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator / Architect certifications
- CyberArk or BeyondTrust advanced certifications
