The Regional Manager Academics & Support will oversee academic quality and operational support across pre-schools in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor academic curriculum and programmes across assigned centres.
- Guide preschool staff on instructional and teaching best practices.
- Ensure adherence to academic standards and processes.
- Conduct regular centre visits and review classroom performance.
- Analyse academic performance data, identify trends and drive improvements.
- Recommend improvements in teaching and learning processes.
- Coordinate training programmes for teachers and support staff.
- Address academic and operational concerns raised by centres.
- Collaborate with central teams to implement new academic initiatives.
- Maintain strong communication with school/centre leaders.
- Provide timely feedback and ensure consistent, high-quality preschool experiences across all assigned centres.
- Handle and manage regional teams effectively.




- Travel frequently across the region for centre visits and reviews.

Preferred candidate profile
- A strong education skilled with experience managing multiple preschool/K5 centres, academic teams and regional academic operations, with the ability to drive curriculum implementation, teacher capability, classroom quality and consistent academic standards across centres
- Strong background in Educational management with experience overseeing multiple centres or schools
- Proficiency in implementing and monitoring academic programs
- Strong analytical skills to review academic performance data, identify trends and drive improvement.
- Experience in pre-school or K-5 academic coordination, training, or school administration is highly beneficial.
- Proven experience in team handling and people management
- Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
