Lead Recruiter who understands deeptech talent beyond keywords
.

This is not a volume-sourcing role. Our benchmark is
2 placements for every 10 resumes submitted
- because we care about precision, technical fit and, ultimately, closing.

You will own the complete recruitment cycle for some of the hardest-to-find talent in
Semiconductor Design and Embedded Systems
. From identifying a highly specialised engineer to understanding their technical depth, pitching the prospect and getting the deal across the line - you own it end to end.

This is a
pure Individual Contributor role
. No team management. No layers. No recruitment operations overhead. Just high-quality research, sharp candidate conversations and successful closures.

What You Will Recruit For

Your mandate will be heavily focused on
Semiconductor and Embedded Systems
, including:
- RTL / ASIC Design Engineers

- Semiconductor and Hardware Design specialists
- Engineering talent across aerospace, automotive and critical infrastructure

You should be comfortable understanding the difference between profiles that look similar on paper but are fundamentally different in technical depth.

What You Bring

Must-have:
- 5–15+ years of hands-on, full-cycle recruitment experience
in Semiconductor, Embedded Systems or DeepTech hiring.
