Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced
Pre-Sales Team Leader
to manage and lead the pre-sales team, ensure effective lead management, improve conversion rates, and drive the team toward achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should have robust team-handling skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in real estate pre-sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the
Pre-Sales team
to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Manage
inbound and outbound calls
and ensure timely follow-up with leads.
- Allocate and distribute leads among team members effectively.
- Monitor lead response time, follow-ups, call quality, and conversion ratios.




- Ensure accurate and timely
CRM updates and lead tracking
.
- Track the complete lead journey from initial enquiry to
site visit booking and handover to the sales team
.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Train and coach team members on calling techniques, project knowledge, objection handling, and lead conversion.
- Coordinate closely with the
Sales/Closing team
to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly performance reports with management.
- Analyse team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure proper follow-up on missed, old, and inactive leads.
- Maintain high standards of customer interaction and professionalism.
- Implement strategies to improve
site visit generation and lead-to-visit conversion
