About the team

The Responsible Sourcing team is a global function with colleagues based around the world. Led by the Head of Responsible Sourcing in Hong Kong, the team works closely with colleagues in the UK and across our sourcing hubs, including Commercial, Supply Chain and Technical teams.

We are committed to upholding high ethical standards, helping to ensure that everyone who works with or for Tesco is treated with dignity and respect.

About the role

As
Responsible Sourcing Manager
, you will lead our Responsible Sourcing programme across India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka, managing five direct reports based across these countries.

Reporting to the Head of Responsible Sourcing, you will play a vital role in delivering the Responsible Sourcing strategy and embedding ethical standards across our supply base.

You will work collaboratively with internal sourcing teams and external suppliers to implement Responsible Sourcing programmes, identify ethical risks and develop mitigation plans that drive meaningful improvement and help protect the Tesco brand. You will also deliver Tesco’s ‘Ethical First’ approach, partnering closely with our Technical and Commercial teams.
