Banking & Finance Lawyer
who is based out of Chennai:
- Is a graduate of a reputed law school.
- Has at least
1 year
of post-qualification experience preferably in banking, finance or a related practice.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of banking and finance transactions, documentation and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Possesses strong drafting, legal research and analytical skills.
- Robust sense of ownership with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across team.
- Is detail-oriented, solution-driven and eager to learn and take on new responsibilities.
