Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Home Loan Sales role based in Mumbai. The role involves generating and managing leads for home loans, contacting prospective customers, understanding their financing needs, and presenting suitable mortgage lending options. The team member will explain loan terms, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements,



and application procedures in a transparent and customer-friendly manner. Daily activities include coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, following up on applications, ensuring timely completion of paperwork, and maintaining accurate records in line with company guidelines. The role also requires meeting sales targets, providing consistent customer service, and adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of the Mortgage Industry, including understanding of home loan products and market practices
- Experience in Mortgage Lending and Loans, with ability to assess eligibility and guide applicants through the loan process
